💬 User Feedback & Suggestions

Thank you for using NextAI!
If you encounter issues, feature bugs, or have improvement ideas,
you can quickly submit them via Settings → Feedback & Suggestions inside the app.

🧭 How to Access the Feedback Page

  1. Open the NextAI app.
  2. Tap the floating island → open the left sidebar.
  3. Go to Settings → Feedback & Suggestions.
  4. Fill out the form and tap Submit.

📝 Form Details

The feedback form includes the following fields:

FieldDescription
Feedback TypeChoose a category such as: Bug / Issue, Feature Request, Experience Improvement, or Other.
TitleBriefly describe the problem or suggestion (e.g., “Blank screen after launch”, “Add quick command feature”).
Detailed DescriptionInclude reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and whether the issue happens consistently.
Contact InfoOptional (email or social handle) so we can reach out for more details if needed.
Attach LogsIf applicable, attach a log file (max 5MB) to help us diagnose the problem faster.

After completing the form, tap Submit in the bottom-right corner.

💡 Tip:
Try reproducing the issue once before submitting so the app can automatically collect relevant logs for debugging.

🛠️ Feedback Review Process

  1. After submission, your form and logs are securely stored locally and on an encrypted server.
  2. Our team reviews and categorizes issues in the backend.
  3. Major issues will be addressed in future updates.
  4. If you provided contact info, we may reach out for additional clarification.

🔒 Privacy & Security

  • Feedback data is used only to improve the product — no chat or personal information is collected.
  • You can review logs before uploading; NextAI never auto-collects sensitive data.
  • Log uploads can be disabled anytime in Settings.
